We offer legal assistance in matters of national and international inheritance, particularly under application of EU Regulation 650/2012, including issuance of the European Certificate of Succession.

Our aim is to support Italian and foreign clients in all stages of building an estate plan, including trusts and succession agreements. In particular, we draft and execute wills, as well as deal with the generational transition in business management, with a constant and specific focus on reducing inheritance burdens.

We also focus on corporate, real estate, and tax issues related to the inheritance, even taking care of any conflictual aspects both in court and at mediation or alternative dispute resolution bodies.
