Marta joined the firm in 2009, focusing on commercial law with specific reference to real estate and corporate law.
She provides assistance with distribution contracts and consumer protection issues, including in e-commerce.
Marta has also gained extensive experience in personal data protection, assisting Italian and foreign clients both when structuring and defining a data protection model and when designing and implementing specific projects, as well as litigation.
