Pietro joined the firm in 2023 after initially gaining experience at leading international and national law firms, followed by a significant 20-year career in multinational corporate groups operating in the retail, food & beverage, real estate, high-tech, luxury, and sports sectors.

In the corporate realm, he was first Head of Europe Legal Corporate & Affairs at Autogrill S.p.A, then served as General Counsel, first at SAES Getters S.p.A. and then with the Percassi Group for nearly 10 years. He has worked on the front lines in numerous corporate and business acquisitions, the incorporation and corporate governance of several companies in Italy and foreign countries, franchising and distribution agreements with leading, world-recognized brands, commercial contracts, real estate, joint ventures, M&A, the protection, management, and transfer of trademarks and IP rights, sponsorships, and merchandising.

Pietro has also been actively involved in corporate and regulatory compliance related to both listed and private companies, advising company managers on privacy under EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR), organization and management models under Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, and occupational health and safety under Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008.

He is currently a member of supervisory boards at companies operating in the retail and food & beverage sectors.

During his time as General Counsel, he was awarded the Inhousecommunity Award, In House Counsel in 2017, the TopLegal Corporate Counsel Award, Legal Director of the Year in 2017, and the Inhousecommunity Award, In House Counsel of the Year again in 2018.
